Raise GLP-1 With Foods & Supplements

Glucagon-like peptide 1, better known as GLP-1, is at the heart of how medications like Ozempic/Wegovy (Semaglutide), Trulicity (Dulaglutide), Monjaro (Tirepatide), and others work. They are very effective at lowering blood sugar, curbing appetite, and reducing hunger, but what if you wanted to try to raise GLP1 naturally with foods or supplements?
Here are the things that have been shown to do it. Keep in mind the degree to which GLP-1 increases with foods will be less than what medications can accomplish, it’s also true that side effects will be minimized too.
