Kay is in the middle of a very special day because it’s the first day back at nursery. She is going back to work and her twins are returning to the nurturing environment of nursery.
As she tries to juggle many different things over the day she reflects on the changes to nursery and the importance of being with others to further nurture and happiness when you are little.
