Today’s episode of the Initiations in Love podcast is a follow-up to our previous episode: The Long Journey of Loving My Body with Dani Buckley. Britta reads a story from her new spiritual memoir, Initiations in Love, entitled, “The Change”, where she awakened to a much deeper level of surrender to the wisdom of her body through the powerful rite of passage called “Menopause”. She then guides the listener through a journaling exercise to explore their current relationship with their body, even if they were unaware of where they stood prior to this episode. Listeners are invited to listen to their bodies more attentively and move into a space of forgiveness on the way to full acceptance and love.
