Hi, I’m Sherry Price, pharmacist, certified life and weight loss coach, behavioral specialist, wife, mom, coffee lover, and lifelong learner of all things health. I’m on a mission to educate and empower women to take charge of their health and wellness through self-advocacy, lifestyle changes, stress management, and supportive habits.
The goal and intent of this podcast is to help women who struggle with losing or maintaining a healthy weight, or overdoing it in an area of their life so they can take small, but mighty steps to improve their health, mood, and mental state.
In our stressed-out modern-day culture, it’s easy to lose focus on the daily habits that matter.
