Today I interview Amrit-Sadhana who is a Holistic Health & Anxiety Coach who has a huge wealth of knowledge. In this episode we talk about her journey toward coming an anxiety coach, her top daily practices to prevent anxiety, and what to do if you find yourself in the midst of an anxiety attack.

Amrit also went through a divorce last year, ending a 12 year relationship and she so courageously shares her experience of knowing when to walk away, how she dealt with the break up, how she's finding herself again, and how she has been able to deal with her own anxiety through this.
