Do you use wearables to track or hack your sleep? Have you ever wondered about it’s accuracy? Well, I have been curious about the latest sleep research for some years now. In my curiosity I came across Dr. Daniel Gartenberg, a very prominent figure who is at the forefront of sleep research. I have been following his research for more than 3 years. He is also this week's guest on the Growth Island podcast and I'm sure you can learn a lot from him. Dr. Gartenberg is a sleep scientist with a PhD in cognitive psychology. He is currently CEO of SleepSpace and an adjunct professor at Penn State University in the Department of Biobehavioral Health.
