Dr. SiriChand Kaur Khalsa, M.D. has had a life-long interest in mindful living as the basis for long term vitality of mind, body and spirit. She's a board certified physician as well as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Ayurveda practitioner. In our talk, we discuss the potential for plant food to become a boundless source of energy in your life. Dr. Sirchand also addresses the misinformation and myths surrounding plant nutrition. She helps to distinguish between the terms vegan and plant based as well as to identify the different philosophies behind each. But labels aside, our focus here is on the benefits of plant foods so I hope our talk inspires you to experience for yourself the power of a whole food plant based nutrition.
