Today, we're discussing anti-diet and diet culture rhetoric, and how this applies to you, as well as how these concepts relate to some of the science that is currently out there. In particular, we are talking about something called 'food addiction' and how this label can leave people in a very vulnerable spot, which is something I have witnessed in my own practice as well.

Tune in as we break down these concepts in more detail. It is our hope that you'll be encouraged to use this new information, on your own healthy eating journey, in an empowered way.
