Sarah Parise is an ACE Certified personal trainer, a postpartum wellness specialist, yoga instructor, and visionary CEO. But more importantly, Sarah is a fellow mom who understands the ups and downs of motherhood firsthand. Sarah's journey into motherhood was a dream come true and a nightmare realized. Through postpartum depression, mom guilt, and anxiety, her own struggles became the driving force behind her mission to redefine the motherhood narrative and empower moms everywhere.
