In this episode I want to introduce you to the benefits of creating a much deeper connection to nature than you may presently have. I will explain the process that I experienced as I first began to explore nature in an aware way, and a number of the mystical events I had as that experience deepened.
I will describe the benefits you can experience not only while you are exploring nature, but those that will carry over into and effect you everyday life. Benefits that will allow you to live your life in a much more fulfilling way, then perhaps you are able to do presently.
At the very end I will describe the setting and the experience, of possible the most profound and transformative experience I have had on this journey and exploration into self-awareness.
Keep in mind, as I mention within the podcast, that there is nothing within me that is not also within you. So, the examples of my experiences are there to help open doors of what is also possible for you. I have no more ability in that regard then you do. You just need to explore it and to allow it!!
