We tend to set goals that are focused on achieving outcomes rather than honing in on the process. As a result, we either fail to reach our goals, or meet them but cannot sustain them. If you want to be a top performer, if you want to have more meaningful relationships, if you want to live a healthy and prosperous life, you need the processes and systems in place to take you to the next level.
