Daniela Pacheco is Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at New Ventures Capital. She is actively deploying through her new fund Empodera Impact Capital, which is focused on women’s health. She started her career at Endeavor in recruitment and services, managing the pipeline and portfolios for education, agriculture and health. At Endeavor, she found her purpose to support companies’ scale.

Prior to her role at New Ventures, she worked within tech startups and at venture capital funds in portfolio management. These experiences have helped her develop her skills as an operator and investor. She holds a degree of Business Administration with concentration in Economics Babson College, and a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC.
