Starting out as a personal trainer can be hard, and sometimes lonely! We all make mistakes when we are starting anything new, it is a part of the process.
In this session I talk about some of the mistakes I made when I first started and how I almost quit more than once!
But I keep seeing trainers today make those same mistakes all the time. So check out the session and make sure you don't fall into any of these common mistakes.
