An Apple A Day

In Episode 3 I recommend Apple as a vital part of the EdTech Toolkit. While I know teachers that work with non-apple devices, there is an undeniable correlation between productive and proactive teachers and Apple devices. Of course I’m aware that correlation does not equal causation, but there’s something to be said for the general ease of use and design that goes into Apple’s products.

The Non-Tech Rec

hero-ten-minutesFor today’s non-tech rec, I’ve chosen Meditation.

While I can’t really link you to meditation itself, there are a number of ways to get started. I personally tried many times, but only found success using Headspace.

Meditation can help you relax, feel better, and focus amongst other benefits. If you’ve always wanted to give it a try, I recommend setting aside some specific time today to do so.
