Ep. 119: Jennifer Katz - On Being a "Good Widow" and Dating After Loss
Manage episode 303331459 series 2537642
Today’s guest is Jennifer Katz. The author of “The Good Widow.” Jennifer lost her husband unexpectedly 3 years ago after 18 years of marriage.
We discuss how loss changes us, how dating after the death of a spouse is a complex and difficult decision but can be a rewarding one too.
There are some controversial subjects Jennifer and I touched upon during our conversation. Just try to remember that our experiences are unique to each of us and we should seek to be inspired by the diversity of everyone’s choices.
Your journey is your own. Especially after loss.
I’d love to know what you think. Please share it with your friends and family, and be sure to tag me if you share it on social media so that I can say thank you. I’m @christinarasmussen7 on Instagram and @ChristinaRasmussen2014 on Facebook.
