Today on our show, we just have a very candid talk about losing yourself when dealing with depression and other mental health issues. Our talk is very relaxed and candid this week as we describe how individually we lost pieces of ourselves during low times and how we had to go back to pick them up and realized that after learning more about ourselves, sometimes those pieces don't fit anymore.
