Today we are joined by Nick Bare, Founder, and CEO of Bare Performance Nutrition, former army officer, host of The Bare Performance podcast, and YouTuber. Nick is also the author of “25 Hours a Day”.
In today’s episode, We learn about Nick’s beginnings as a military officer and how he built a seven-figure business whilst on active duty! Nick touches on his experience being diagnosed with an eating disorder at a young age, and how that sparked his interest in fitness and nutrition. We also dive into Nick’s experience competing in the Austin marathon and the IronMan triathlon, and what motivated him to run a sub-3-hour marathon.
