Today we talk about how being overly committed can be a curse more than it is something to be admired. There are moments where we become so committed to something that we no longer see that this situation is no longer where we need to be and we try to force it to work. I will give you some simple tools to know when it's time to say goodbye and when it's time to pivot your commitment into a healthier outlet.
