10k Steps. Often see as the gold standard for weight loss and fitness goals, but there's a caveat: Where your steps come from, matters. Many people have active jobs such as nurses, teachers, or manufacturing jobs - and that's great, but it doesn't replace the need to still do intentional cardio and strength training.
