All highly sensitive and especially those with introverted intuition (my lovely INF folks, I'm waving at you!) have a tough time processing all changes in their life.
Not just the negative changes can throw them off but also the positive, so called "happy" changes can become a big hurdle.
When you understand the involvement of the mindbody factor you can see how this may be affecting you and making you prone to burnout or other unpleasant effects, so tricky to bounce back from.
