Welcome back for another episode of Coffee With Dr. Stewart! Today's episode is so in-depth and informational, we needed to split it into two parts. Listen in as Courtney and Dr. Stewart discuss Dr. Stewart's Three Categories of Fatigue:

1. Lifestyle-Caused Fatigue

2. Metabolic Fatigue

3. Pathologic Fatigue

Apart from wanting his listeners to understand the causes of fatigue, Dr. Stewart takes the time to explain why fatigue would be a problem for any individual. Instilling the fact that fatigue can cause a sense of hopelessness in people, he shares his own personal struggles with fatigue throughout his life. Dr. Stewart dives into the subject further by talking through the different causes of fatigue:

- Poor Sleep Hygiene

- Poor Diet and Gut Health

- Poor Exercise Routine

- Hormone Health and Metabolic Disorders
