In this episode, I'm sharing some tips that will help you make your CV stand out after taking a career break.

Career gaps can be riddled with judgment. Whilst this is perhaps unsurprising, given the long-standing view around taking time away from your work, it's worrying given that experiences outside of the workplace form such a huge part of our identity.
Why is it then that despite the commonality of career breaks, they can still be viewed as an issue rather than the opportunity that they really are?
