KarachiKitchenFoods.com, and the author of the award-winning cookbook The Karachi Kitchen.

Through her business, she creates and sells high-quality, small-batch foods inspired by family recipes. Kausar is passionate about sharing the delectable foods and flavors that are unique to Pakistani cuisine.

According to Kausar, The Karachi Kitchen was written to be a culinary commemoration, celebrating both classic and contemporary flavors of Pakistan.
