With over five years in the field, she holds a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. Certified as a Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist and a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, she specializes in helping athletes optimize their health, longevity, and performance through tailored nutrition and exercise. A passionate advocate for a holistic approach to health, she focuses on how nutrition supports the body’s complex systems.
