Heat therapy aka jumping in a sauna has been around for a long time, but in some cultures more than others, namely in Scandinavia.
New research is showing wider use and benefits to heat therapy, in this short show I’ll outline all the benefits, link it to the other major factors in optimising human recovery (namely from exercise), hit on the key new science, and leave you with an action plan and scientific understanding of heat therapy.
