Today, I’m continuing my 6-week series about how to enjoy the holidays…without sabotaging your hormones or gaining weight.

Do the holidays feel like a constant negotiation between enjoying the food you love while trying not to sabotage your hormones?

One minute you’re stressing out over every bite. The next, you’re diving head-first into the stuffing…and waking up wishing you could un-eat all the things.

The holidays don’t have to be some kind of hormonal Hunger Games. You can eat, have a drink…or two, and still feel like a rockstar the next day. You just need a game plan.
