In this episode we discuss why eye glasses, contacts and Lasik are bad for your eyes. We talk about what eye doctors aren’t telling you, and we discuss eye exercises which anyone can use to get perfect eyesight at any age - all using natural methods.

Our guest today is Carlos Moreno. Carlos has been a Bates method natural improvement vision instructor since 1997. He has a vision consulting business called Centered Vision in the Center for Wellness in Montobello, CA.

Carlos teaches people how to see clearly without glasses, contacts or surgery. He himself wore glasses and contacts for over 22 years and with instruction and practice from the Bates method he corrected his own imperfect vision. Today he will explain to us how it’s all done.

We discuss the Bates Method and how it was found by Dr. Bates who was a MD and an ophthalmologist. Dr. Bates found vision was 90% mental and 10% physical. He discovered that the more people relaxed while using their eyes and trained that way for a few weeks, their vision would get better.
