Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – Stress Management to Reduce Addictive Behaviors. This podcast is an audio companion to the book “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD.”
Many of us struggle with addictive behaviors, in one form or another. They distract and ensnare us, keeping us from focusing our precious energy towards more meaningful activities. However, most of us are not aware that stress may be the prime component that perpetuates these behaviors. In today’s episode, we’ll explore how a focus on stress management can dramatically improve our focus and reduce our cravings for addictive tendencies.
