- Congrats to DJ & Cassie again for their wedding and new chapter in life.
- This weekend I did a lot of things I do not like doing and/or being surrounded with. I talk about those things.
- I may have inspired some of the other guys I was with to do 75 hard. If that’s true, that’s awesome.
- Got 3 or 4 new shows coming down the pipe that I am excited to get out. LiveHard recap, Ch. 2 show, first year recap, etc.
- Back from vacation; stoked to get back to work.
- Ended all my streaks. Ice bath 250, gallon tracking and protein at 180 something. Podcast lives on.
- New chapter will commence soon with the game plan in the works.
