Negativity – it can suck us in – especially when we’re feeling tired and something happens that we didn’t plan for and yep, we start down the negativity hole. We can change this – we don’t have to go down the negativity hole. How? By first becoming aware of what is happening and changing or our response to the situation. In today’s show, I’m sharing with you 4 ways you can choose happy today. They’re easy to implement so, come on in, it’s time to choose happy!
