About Lainie:

Lainie began her spiritual and wellness journey in 2018 when she reached her breaking point with her mental and physical health. After working with multiple coaches, trainings and healing modalities, her life still felt exhausting. It was at this time she realized she had jumped from one hamster wheel to a new bedazzled one. She realized she was looking to others for the answers and holding on to old stories and labels that no longer served her.

She realized that the ultimate healing and power exists within ourselves. That we are the ultimate authority in our lives and we gets to choose the narrative. The labels don't mean anything. She believes we evolve into our highest self when we own our story, our past, our unique energy and emotions and allow them to direct our healing vs hold us back. Magic happens we honor our human and divine nature together, we create unshakeable safety and trust in this body to allow our soul to speak.

As an empowerment and embodiment coach, reiki master and Soulflow Facilitator, Lainie has guided tons of women in creating their dream through coming home to themselves and finding their power within by connecting mind, body and soul.
