How do I know when to outsource my books?

I know you’re going to love this episode as I get asked this question ALL the time.

There are a number of things to consider when working out whether to outsource your bookkeeping or go it alone and DIY your books. Both have their pros and cons, which is why it can be difficult to decide what’s best for you and your business.

If you’re doing your own books there is a lot to keep on top of to ensure your numbers are well looked after, accurate and up to date. Records, invoices, reports, preparing and lodging payroll and BAS, as well as keeping up to date with all those rules and regulations. I run you through how to work out what the best use of your time is, and when you might know that it’s time to handball the numbers to a professional.

We also take a look at some other factors that are really important to consider when making this decision - skills and knowledge, enjoyment and whether your business is set up in a way that enables you to easily hand the numbers over to an expert.

Tune into this short and snackable episode to get the lowdown on all the facts you need in order to make the right decision for you and your business.
