I’m so excited to be bringing you this listener request sharing our absolute favourite productivity tools we use here at Accounted For You.
I know there are endless programs and software out there for you to navigate and try to implement in your business so I want to let you in on the ones I find are especially helpful and productive and save us an enormous amount of time and admin work.
I’ll take you through how we automate as much as possible in our client onboarding process, email management, payroll, bookkeeping and everything financial, scheduling, calendar and an amazing program that acts as a middleman between all of these to make everything even more automated and efficient.
As a service based business, I need to be able to track how my team is spending their time to either improve processes or do more training to ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. These programs enable me to keep on top of everything we need to get done each day and make sure we don’t forget anything (especially when a team member is away on leave).
I look at all of my software subscriptions and expenses as an investment because they help me and my team learn, grow and communicate better in addition to saving me huge amounts of valuable time.
