Lauren's bio:
Lauren is an accomplished professional living in sunny southern California with her partner and two doggos. She has spent decades in trauma therapy, and is familiar with attachment theory. Lauren recently conquered her anxieties surrounding travel and took a European cruise to seven different countries! She graciously agreed to be on the show and share her experience with anxiety and travel. In this episode she shares about how travel has helped her self discovery process and assisted in her setting healthy boundaries, even with immediate family members.
