• The original visionary behind the Vancouver Island Leadership Conference (VILC), and with a team of 6, created the first leadership conference at VIU. She was the President of the Business Students Association and Chair of the VILC, leading her team to inspire others. Starting with her leadership and legacy, the VILC has brought valuable insights, world-renowned speakers, and networking to students since 2007.

• Lisa is a community enthusiast and volunteer, working as a Canvassing Advisor for the United Way, helping raise over $8 million in 2014, and led the Suncor Diversity Networking & Development Initiative for women in Wood Buffalo. In addition to professional success, Lisa is a half-marathon runner, wine-lover, real estate junkie, social planner, and an avid traveler, having traveled to over 30 countries. With a “try-everything-once” attitude and constant thirst for development, she lives life fully, intentionally, and successfully every day.
