Imogen Simmonds AKA IMO SIMMO isn’t only a slayer on the race course, but she can also cut a mean rug on the dance floor. Covid has restricted both racing and dancing, but you’d never know it based on IMO SIMMO’s positive demeanor. Coming from an active family, nature and outdoors has been an integral part of her life. It’s no surprise that she studied to work in structural geology and environmentalism. We have a long chat about ways that the triathlon world can decrease its impact on the environment that we all love to train in. We learned loads and had quite a few laughs along the way. “There’s so much that the triathlon world can do to reduce our impact on the globe. There’s so many free giveaways that most people don’t even use. They just throw away."
