Welcome back to the Wise Divine Women Podcast. Today I thought I would bring you up to date with matters of the heart. It is important to understand your own personal journey and the need to circle back to a foundation of spirituality, health, relationships, and movement.

Do you set New Year goals? I don't! I am truly just keeping my head above water. Last year I felt a disconnect, a continuation from the start of 2020.

I started to realize I kept repeating the same foundational health focus to women in my practice. You know self-care, simple movements, values, connection with God, basic supplementation, and clean simple eating.

The sense of restoration, rejuvenation, revitalization, and in true essence reformation. Getting rid of what is wrong, not worthy or serving a purpose in your life and bringing into alignment, forgiveness, newness, and revelation.
