Manning is a rising junior who had an addiction to video games for over 11 years, but eventually overcame his addiction by making some lifestyle changes (which will be covered in the episode!) while he figured out how to overcome other addictions. He talks about his experience, the mindset changes and strategies he used, and how getting over his gaming addiction changed his life.
