Arnoldo Torres aka Young Quicks was Born & Raised in Oxnard, Ca. He started his music journey as a teenager during High School. Quicks has opened up major concerts for artists such as Dj Quik, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Nelly, Too-Short & many more!

After his first release, "Stop Jock’n My Swag" he was featured on the front page of AOL LATINO, media outlets like Batanga & Terra.com & even came out on national tv on El Gordo y La Flaca (Univision).

His music has been played on every hip-hop radio station in his hometown & all across the world independently. He released “Young, Fly & Latino” which resulted in landing a song/music video titled "Robert Garcia" right after. The Music Video ended up on WorldStarHipHop during the Maidana & Mayweather fight getting 100,000 views. Shortly after, Quicks bonded with boxing champ Brandon Rios. Leading him to eventually make a record titled “Against All Odds” that after hearing the song, Rios fell in love with it & personally asked Quicks to walk him out performing it at his fight in Colorado vs Mike Alvarado (broadcasted on HBO reaching 1.3 million households). Quicks got three more opportunities to walk out Rios into the ring with the same song June 11, 2017, November 17, 2018 & February 23, 2019.

His latest release titled “Lil Chicago” is a tribute to his hometown (Oxnard). He has 9 projects officially out, years of radio experience & many tv appearances but doesn’t seem to slow down one bit.

“Against All Odds” & Quicks latest music is currently getting played at many live sporting events like UFC, Boxing & the Los Angeles Dodgers / Clippers Home Games. His latest single “The Best Side” is produced by Erick Sermon from EPMD the legendary Hip-Hop duo.
