About Ahmad Jaffery:

When I pick up a book, I have a hard time putting it down. I want to know how a story

begins, where it leads to and how it ends. This curiosity led me to get an undergraduate

degree in Creative Writing where I focused on poetry & short Prose. After graduating, I decided to pursue my Master Degree in Organizational Leadership at University of Nebraska at Omaha.

I joined CJ Insurance Group in 2019, where I was became the President of Operations for its multiple subsidiary companies. Previously, I worked at LinkedIn, Apple, and owned a video production company called TAAP Media.

Now, as the co-founder of Quotamation, I am passionate about leveraging technology to revolutionize the insurance industry and make it more accessible, efficient, and customer-centric. I believe that technology can be used to create a more personalized and seamless insurance experience, and I am dedicated to making that vision a reality.

About Cyrus Jaffery:

Cyrus Jaffery is in the Insure-Tech Space and has founded many insurance organizations. He is the Founder & CEO of Quotamation Tech Platform, CJ Insurance Group and Jaffery Insurance. He is a co-founder of Aksarben Insurance, Fairtrust Insurance, NR Insurance, Milestone Insurance, and Harvest Financial. His Podcast, Insurance Producers Podcast has listeners all over the World. Cyrus brings a roll-your-sleeves-up attitude, modern vision, and high energy to his 100 people organization. He’s married to Michelle Jaffery. They have three kids, Sofia, Jonah & Mateo.

Following a 10-year career with Wells Fargo and State Farm, Cyrus founded CJ Insurance Group (a Parent company), an Insurance Tech brokerage allowing his team to work for his clients instead of the company. He believed that the Fiduciary responsibility of his brokerage should be the clients. Now, CJ Insurance Group runs more than 10 different Insurance agencies and partners with 35 different agencies across the country and growing. CJ Insurance Group partners with Real Estate brokerages, Mortgage Brokerages, and Tech companies across the country to help their clients with Insurance products. Cyrus has been regularly recognized for the foresight and innovation to reimagine the way we use technology in the Insurance Space. CJ Insurance group has been named the fastest-growing Personal Lines Insurance brokerage by Nationwide, Safeco, and Travelers Insurance. CJ Insurance group finished in the top 10 in the country with Nationwide Insurance for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. Travelers Insurance recognized CJ Insurance group as a Superior Agency Recognition for 2021 and 2022. Safeco Insurance recognized CJ Insurance Group as a Presidents club agency in 2021 and 2022.

Cyrus also loves philanthropic work and has supported many different Non-Profit organizations across his community of Omaha, NE. He has supported Wounded Warriors, Ava’s Army, Rejuvenating Women, and Omaha home for boys. He is on the board of Ava’s army which funds Pediatric Leukemia Research and continuously works with Rejuvenating Woman which fights Human sex trafficking. CJ Insurance group puts together a Golf Outing annually that raises funds to donate to one of these organizations.

Cyrus is on a mission to change a million lives through his tech, insurance brokerages, Insurance podcast, and Philanthropy work.
