We talk to artist Jazmin about her Fundraiser for Palestine set to take place at the Matilija Lending Library in El Monte, CA (near LA) on Saturday 4/27.

We focus almost entirely on the fundraiser in this episode. Next week we'll have more about Jazmin's background as an artist and the usual bullshit about reality shows, Jennifer's weird life, etc.

Today is Land back day, a significant day when Palestinians hold protests, vigils, and show resistance towards the Israeli force for the years they have occupied Palestinian land and taken innocent lives since 1976 which has tragically still continued till today.

A Fundraiser for Palestine: An Art Show and Call for Action 🕊️
Location: Matilija Lending Library, El Monte
Time: 6-10pm
Entrance fee: $10 (all funds donated towards Palestinian Aid)
Bring Your Own Stamps + Chairs
Guest speakers from nonprofits, featured Poets and Writers for Palestinian liberation, live music from bands BadSoma & Supercoze, and food/drink vendors!
This is a CALL FOR ACTION event! This event is an opportunity to use our voices and passion to get more involved with calling an immediate and lasting ceasefire for Gaza. If you would like to write letters to congress/legislators to demand this ceasefire but don’t know how, please attend this event! If you want to make protest signs or political art but don’t have the materials, attend! The more people the better.
**Art made dedicated to Palestine by 15 artists will be on display during the event and will be raffled off with all funds donated towards Gaza Sunbirds, eSIMS, and Red Crescent.**
