We sit down with Mark Minichiello, a corrective exercise and holistic lifestyle coach looking to inspire people to live a more holistic lifestyle. After 19 years as a professional athlete, 400 rugby league football games and coming out relatively free of any serious injury, Mark passes on his experience, combined with his knowledge and training from the CHEK Institute.

The 6 pillars to live your holistic life are:

  1. Mindset

  2. Breathing

  3. Hydration

  4. Nutrition

  5. Sleep

  6. Exercise

When these are in balance, we are in true health! To live in balance with these will allow us to live UNBEATABLE!
