Have you set up your new year resolutions?
I just reviewed my 2022 a little bit and made some plans for my 2023
but i don't think everyone has to list their resolutions to become that person, for me it triggered anxiety for not becoming that person last year.
well, anyways, setting yourself a resolution is a good way to help you reflect on what's important to you that's for sure, it helps you to clear your mind and focus on who you want to become.
Step by steps , start from something small,
