Jamie Vollmoeller is a clinical therapist, radio show host, and mom with ADHD. On a mission to remind moms and parents that "you are good enough," Jamie has worked extensively with individuals who are experiencing emotional triggers, irritability, low self-esteem, and feeling disconnected from themselves and those around them.

Jamie teaches a very effective method to help her clients work through their past so they can be focused on the present.
