Paul White wants you to understand that although heart rate can be useful for a variety of training measurements, periodisation, as well as prescription and monitoring, it kind of misses the biggest aspect that is currently trending in most sports: the mixed contribution of neural 🧠 and peripheral aspects (like muscles 💪🏼, duh!) - also mysteriously called neuromuscular factors.
