Getting back into fitness after having a baby is like starting from square one. Except now, you have no time, no energy and all the pressure to match.

Turia Pitt, more than anyone knows what it's like to start from scratch. After a wildfire that changed the course of her life, she recovered, adapted and become the author, athlete and mindset coach we know today. So on today's episode, she's here to inspire us!

Turia divulges some of her best mindset hacks for getting back into fitness, what she thinks of the 'pre-baby body’ and how we, as parents should probably should cut ourselves some more slack.
