Mike Garrick has faced his fears head on - the "scuba diving with a fear of water" kind of "head on" - and then he became a firefighter, a career not for the faint of heart. But, after multiple blows to his nervous system from his personal life and career left Mike with temporary facial paralysis and in a dark place, he decided something needed to change. He is now a mindset coach, and has tested the limits of his mind with his own coaches, a spiritual trip to Peru and so much more. He is on The Yegi Project to teach us some mindset tricks that will help change the way we approach life.
