I caught up with Jenn Watts for a safe, accessible conversation about weight loss for midlife women with adhd and going through perimenopause. We broke down the stereotypes and spoke genuinely to what approaches women can take that feels great for them.

Jenn is a CPA turned Certified Life Coach and Nutrition Coach who focuses on helping women with ADHD to achieve sustainable weight loss. As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD who also struggled with her weight for most of her life, she is passionate about helping people to see the connection between ADHD and how we care for ourselves in terms of our health. She lives on Vancouver Island with her husband and 3 kids.
