Zaina Orbai leads with value while scaling multi-billion dollar companies in positions such as Vice President of People Operations at Yelp, and currently Chief People Officer at The RealReal; the leading platform for online luxury resale. Zaina's cross-cultural childhood and identity - moving across the world at the age of seven - led to early feelings of estrangement. Today, Zaina embraces her vast knowledge of people and diverse communities to create workspaces that are better for employees and customers alike.
