Our phones are always buzzing and we constantly have a million things to do, you are not alone in this. There are some really scary studies that show how damaging contest switching and multitasking with our phones can be for our brains but also how about our work as content creators? Today, I want to talk about something that isn't our fault okay- we are new to this world of technology and our jobs involve this technology but how do we not let us ruin our health and our potential?
